Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' trauma histories and formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience, integrating techniques like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic modalities to help clients process their trauma and develop coping mechanisms.

• Deliver crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate assistance to clients in need.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Proven 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health counseling setting, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
