Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to inform treatment planning.

• Providing individual therapy sessions that employ tailored therapeutic modalities suited to each client’s unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A current and valid license in Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling the establishment of a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward client experiences, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage case loads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with prior experience in telehealth or virtual therapy settings will be given preference. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, will enhance your ability to meet client needs effectively. Additionally, experience working with diverse populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
