Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments, meticulously evaluating patients’ trauma histories to inform treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on trauma recovery and fostering resilience to empower patients in their healing journey.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient recovery.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, assisting patients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping strategies to promote healing.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating your ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and available resources, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the healing process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance while organizing client information efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A strong understanding of trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed treatment modalities, and approaches focused on building resilience.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, candidates demonstrating exceptional skills and relevant training may also be considered. Experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
