The position is remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for flexible hours based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments with clients to evaluate their trauma history and establish appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies specific to each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on fostering trauma processing, coping mechanisms, and overall emotional well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care and ensure comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating calmness and composure under pressure.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources to support ongoing recovery.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential patient records, complying with legal and ethical standards within the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• Strong foundation in trauma-informed treatment modalities and personalized therapeutic intervention strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfortable utilizing technology for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n
