Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' backgrounds and experiences, identifying tailored treatment pathways.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and resilience, focusing on each patient's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients process their trauma experiences and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, equipping patients with immediate resources and coping mechanisms.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, offering insights into available resources and support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with patients who have experienced various forms of trauma, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Our approach prioritizes understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual, empowering them through evidence-based interventions and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A strong foundation in trauma-related disorders and an understanding of trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
