Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client issues and develop tailored treatment plans that cater to individual needs.

• Engage clients in one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, focusing on therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing urgent emotional distress, ensuring their immediate safety and support.

• Participate collaboratively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and refine treatment plans.

• Integrate feedback from clients to adapt therapeutic techniques and ensure an effective therapeutic alliance.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records through a secure electronic medical records system, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal guidelines.

• Stay informed of developments in the mental health field by attending workshops and training opportunities, and implement new strategies to enhance therapeutic practices.

• Actively contribute to the program development process by sharing insights and suggestions for service improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve at Ventures Diagnostic Services include a diverse population presenting with a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your role will involve establishing strong therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds to promote their well-being and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• Strong commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive care to all clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience working directly with individuals facing emotional difficulties, although candidates with varied levels of experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , along with a monthly healthcare stipend for counselors. Additionally, all counselors have free access to our platform’s services as clients while they remain active team members.
