Relieve Trauma Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our team. In this full-time remote position, you will work in a telehealth setting, employing your therapeutic skills to help clients navigate their mental health challenges. This role is essential for delivering high-quality mental health care to a diverse patient population, including those dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues.

Work Environment\n

This role allows you the flexibility and convenience of working remotely in a telehealth capacity, enabling you to connect with patients from the comfort of your own space. Our virtual office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to facilitate seamless sessions, group therapy, and peer collaboration. While our core hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some scheduling flexibility may be necessary to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy for individuals, couples, and family sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups, focusing on coping strategies and community support for patients grappling with common mental health issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and developing safety plans.

• Enhance patients' understanding of their mental health conditions by educating them about treatment options and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Actively engage in professional development activities, including case consultations and team meetings, to promote best practices in mental health care.

• Stay updated on the latest research, treatment modalities, and advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient demographic, including adults challenged by depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance abuse. Many clients may have complex histories that require a sensitive and individualized approach. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
