Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to accurately determine patient needs and risks.

• Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that incorporate personal goals and cultural backgrounds, promoting effective engagement in their mental health journey.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various formats including individual, couples, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services and collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals to secure the continuity of care for patients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, aligned with clinic policies and state regulations, ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with practical knowledge and strategies to effectively manage mental health conditions and foster resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support individuals navigating varying degrees of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual base salary for this position ranges between $70,000 and $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
