Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments by performing psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify client needs accurately.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans with clients, taking into account their unique cultural backgrounds, specific goals, and individual challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic sessions including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy) in individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, ensuring effective collaboration with other healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care.

• Keep meticulous clinical documentation up-to-date, including detailed progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, complying with state regulations and clinic policies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies, empowering them to manage their health effectively.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to evaluate effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to client care plans.

• Engage in continual professional development by staying informed about current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000 annually, dependent on factors like experience, education, and location.
