Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments, gathering comprehensive histories and identifying appropriate treatment strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in both individual and group settings.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma experiences, build coping mechanisms, and foster emotional resilience.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to each client’s treatment journey.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during emergencies related to trauma.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
