Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, identifying their distinct needs, strengths, and appropriate treatment modalities.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, wellness, and resilience-building, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to individual client needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a platform for clients to process trauma experiences, learn coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated care approach, addressing both mental health and any concurrent medical issues.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, resource availability, and coping mechanisms to empower their healing journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including electronic health record systems.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
