Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to determine patients' trauma histories and tailor appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building, collaborating with patients to ensure their goals are at the forefront of their care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive environment where patients can explore their experiences and develop coping strategies.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure an integrated, holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, offering vital support to patients in distress.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and resources available for further support.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in line with legal and ethical regulations, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care, staying current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including but not limited to abuse, neglect, and life-threatening events. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
