Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to accurately assess the trauma history, emotional needs, and readiness for change in each patient.

• Create, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans centered around trauma recovery and personal growth goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing and coping strategies in both individual and group therapy formats.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to synchronize approaches and ensure integrated care across mental health services.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention and emotional support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that patients feel safe and heard.

• Educate patients and their families regarding trauma responses, management techniques, and the resources available to assist in their recovery journey.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential patient records that adhere to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
