Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailoring sessions to meet patient needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients process their trauma, develop essential coping skills, and foster a sense of healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring a holistic approach to patient health.

• Actively provide crisis intervention for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring they receive immediate and adequate support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma. Our clients include those suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• A strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
