Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

• Assess clients' mental health needs comprehensively through initial screenings and ongoing evaluations, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address the varied concerns presented by clients.

• Provide ongoing support, practical coping strategies, and resources to assist clients in navigating their mental health challenges effectively.

• Document and maintain accurate electronic records of clients' progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with best practices and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care that meets all aspects of the clients' needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with contemporary research, therapeutic modalities, and advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. You will encounter a broad spectrum of issues ranging from anxiety, depression, and trauma to relationship conflicts and life transitions. Your experience and ability to connect with clients from varying backgrounds will be essential in fostering trust and promoting effective therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• At least three (3) years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating expertise in working with adults, children, and adolescents.
\n
• A solid understanding of child, adolescent, and adult development, as well as familiarity with co-occurring mental health disorders.
\n
• Experience with evidence-based counseling approaches and crisis intervention strategies.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing remote therapy services is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with working with a culturally diverse clientele, with a commitment to equitable practice.

• Certifications or additional licenses such as DBT, CCTP, Military and Trauma Certification, and Sexual Offender Certification are welcomed, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 per year, contingent upon caseload and experience level.
