Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and create effective treatment plans based on each client’s specific needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions employing research-backed modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other appropriate therapeutic techniques.

• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients who may face geographical, physical, or emotional barriers to in-person sessions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, we provide flexible scheduling options to support your personal commitments.
