Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, allowing for the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems is advantageous in ensuring efficient workflow and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your experience and dedication, Be A Problem Solver, Ltd offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, complemented by a robust benefits package. This includes:
