Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to devise personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Implement a spectrum of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting approaches to effectively meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations, ensuring the utmost professionalism in all patient interactions.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated and multifaceted patient care.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at enhancing care quality and keeping abreast of current best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist in New York.

• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, enabling personalized treatment plans that effectively address the unique needs of each client.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, complemented by potential bonuses.
