Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop tailored therapy strategies that address each client's unique needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans, ensuring a multidimensional approach to patient treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to comply with ethical standards and legal requirements, using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, remaining updated on the latest trends and research in mental health.

• Facilitate workshops or support groups for clients, aimed at enhancing skills for coping and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
