Work Environment\n

This role provides the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving clients during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our practice utilizes telehealth technology to facilitate client sessions, making it easier for you to connect with clients in a convenient and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms, identifying the severity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to craft personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting methodologies to individual client circumstances.

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorder treatment options, self-care strategies, and coping mechanisms.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout the treatment process, modifying plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, holistic care and support integrated treatment approaches.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to refine therapeutic practices continuously.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering strictly to all ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical competencies and foster collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily work with individuals facing a variety of mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. Our clientele comes from diverse backgrounds, and you will need to be adaptable in your approach to accommodate their unique cultural and individual contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Experience with evidence-based treatment practices for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology to facilitate synergistic relationships with medical professionals.

• A proven track record of successful outcomes in treating mood disorders, showcasing a passion for client-centered care.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling the development of strong therapeutic alliances with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
