Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while also promoting a collaborative atmosphere through virtual team meetings and consultations. The working schedule is set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential for flexibility in response to patient needs. You will be equipped with the latest technological tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure effective communication and documentation, reinforcing productive and timely patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients, identifying their unique needs and formulating effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver impactful interventions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster community and address common mental health concerns, improving patient engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

You will work closely with a diverse population of clients, offering therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in providing mental health counseling is required. Familiarity with outpatient settings and a proven track record of therapeutic success in community environments will be preferred.
