Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the unique needs and experiences of each client, followed by developing tailored treatment plans that align with their individualized goals.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions that address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing.
\n
• Work in tandem with other mental health providers, including psychologists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive support for patients, ensuring a cohesive treatment experience.

• Participate in ongoing educational opportunities, including workshops and conferences, to remain informed about the latest developments and best practices in the mental health field.

• Engage in team meetings to share ideas and strategies aimed at enhancing service delivery and program effectiveness, contributing your insights toward the improvement of our programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population that includes individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and age backgrounds. You will be responsible for adapting your therapy approaches to meet the specific needs of each client, fostering a safe environment conducive to open communication and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active licensure in the State of Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• Minimum of three years of direct clinical experience working with individuals experiencing emotional difficulties, demonstrating a strong understanding of therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients through strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to treatment.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is beneficial, although not mandatory.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with technology platforms that enhance remote therapy delivery.

• Background in group therapy facilitation and evidence-based practices.

• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams to create a wraparound support model for clients.

• Competitive annual salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000 based on the caseload and experience.
