Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and devise tailored treatment plans, ensuring alignment with best practices.

• Maintain accurate, consistent, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population comprises individuals experiencing a diversity of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance use issues. As a counselor, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique circumstances and backgrounds of each patient, ensuring culturally sensitive and effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in various evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele, demonstrating cultural competence.

• Strong ethical judgment and commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
