Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and utilize the information to craft individualized treatment plans that address specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and more, tailored to individual, group, and family contexts.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including case managers and psychiatrists to synchronize care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during acute mental health crises, applying your clinical expertise and compassionate approach to guide clients through distressing times.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and destigmatizing mental health issues within our populations.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build therapeutic rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively work with individuals from diverse ethnic and social groups.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
