Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to connect with clients in a comfortable setting. You will be engaging with clients 100% virtually while maintaining the same standards of care you would provide in an in-office environment. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, though some flexibility may be necessary to accommodate client schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective modalities.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring proper record-keeping practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals to optimize client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance treatment quality and share insights.
\n
• Educate clients and families regarding mental health conditions and available resources, fostering understanding and support.
\n
• Commit to staying informed about recent research developments and best practices in the mental health field to improve therapeutic effectiveness.

At Spring Valley Psychiatric Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, experiencing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to approach complex situations with critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.

• Experience in a collaborative team environment, respecting colleagues and fostering a culture of professional support.
