Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will engage in various responsibilities to meet the mental health needs of our clients. Your key tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the specific mental health needs of clients.

• Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring the incorporation of evidence-based therapy techniques.

• Delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ unique circumstances.

• Participating in crisis intervention, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, and implementing safety measures.

• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and follow-through on treatment plans.

Your work will center around a multifaceted patient population, offering support to individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work collaboratively with clients from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, enhancing your clinical experience and cultural competence. Our clients vary in age and life circumstances, allowing you to foster positive therapeutic relationships and develop a deep understanding of their needs.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; however, we prefer candidates with a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish meaningful connections with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.

• Excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage your schedule and maintain accurate documentation promptly.

Preferred Experience\n

While we consider all qualified applicants, preferred candidates will have:

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly in community mental health centers.

• Skills in various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.
