Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' unique mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions employing a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant methods.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and diligently monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy options to clients, ensuring accessibility for those who may face barriers attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment outcomes to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision to hone clinical skills and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with us, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various life stressors. Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid license in the state of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
