Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to each client's unique circumstances, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic journey.
\n
• Provide teletherapy options, facilitating virtual sessions to ensure accessibility for all clients, including those facing geographical or mobility challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and peer collaboration to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other complex mental health issues. Your role is crucial in fostering an environment where clients feel safe, heard, and able to explore their emotions and behaviors without judgment.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive therapeutic relationships.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.
\n
• Show strong organizational and time-management skills, effectively balancing client caseload and administrative tasks.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year , commensurate with experience and caseload.
