Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to fully understand clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans addressing their specific challenges.

• Implement individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic modalities that resonate with clients.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and consistently monitor their progress, adapting strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients seeking virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those who may face barriers to in-person visits.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid professional license in Illinois as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
