Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients via teletherapy, providing accessible support for those unable to attend in-person sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse spectrum of clients, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s degree, candidates with experience in outpatient mental health settings and those who possess advanced degrees are highly encouraged to apply. Experience with teletherapy is also a plus, as it enhances accessibility for our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
