Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, crafting individualized treatment plans that address unique circumstances and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to client needs.

• Establish therapeutic rapport by collaborating with clients to set achievable goals, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients, especially those facing geographical or physical barriers to traditional in-person visits.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and compliance with ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing education opportunities, attend workshops, and engage in supervisory sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay current with emerging practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for building trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle a caseload while fulfilling administrative responsibilities.
