Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continuously monitor and adjust these goals based on progress.

• Offer teletherapy options, making sure that clients who may have challenges with in-person attendance receive the support they need.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and training to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and practices.

You will primarily work with a diverse client population that includes individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and related mental health issues. Qualifications\n
