Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate and implement tailored treatment plans. These assessments will involve active listening and empathetic inquiry to truly understand each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other innovative techniques, maintaining a focus on solution-oriented outcomes and building therapeutic rapport with clients.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring accountability and high-quality standards in all therapeutic practices.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—psychiatrists, social workers, and clinical psychologists—to facilitate comprehensive care and enhance treatment efficacy.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele from the Brockton, Massachusetts, area, including individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds and ages. Our clients typically face challenges related to mental health, including anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, trauma recovery, and more. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a safe, supportive space where individuals can express their feelings and work toward healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
