Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting through our state-of-the-art telehealth platform, allowing therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes. Our team values work-life balance, and while the standard schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, there is flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the varying needs of our patients. As a telehealth provider, you will leverage technology to deliver therapy, ensuring that care remains accessible and convenient for all clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to deeply understand patients’ unique experiences, psychosocial history, and emotional challenges.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans by employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that respect individual’s cultural perspectives and personal backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting mental wellness and coping strategies, with a focus on enhancing resilience in patients.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and therapeutic support during mental health emergencies, employing rapid assessment methods and intervention strategies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, helping them navigate their recovery journey.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards while using an electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage actively in case conferences and team meetings, as well as participate in ongoing cultural competency training to ensure best practices are upheld.

• Stay abreast of the current research, clinical methodologies, and culturally relevant practices in mental health therapy to provide exceptional care.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Proven expertise in understanding mental health disorders, various treatment modalities, and the application of culturally competent therapy.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, utilizing inclusive approaches that resonate with diverse populations.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with a capacity to remain composed and effective under pressure.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, evidenced by an ability to establish rapport with diverse individuals effectively.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.

• Commitment to maintaining ethical boundaries and confidentiality in all aspects of patient care.

• Excellent collaborative skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth environment and familiarity with teletherapy technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
