Work Environment\n

This position offers the unique benefit of a remote work setting combined with the clinical engagement of an outpatient office. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing you with a structured yet flexible work environment. Our team collaborates closely, utilizing virtual platforms for team meetings and client interactions, ensuring that effective communication and teamwork remain central to our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand each client's unique stressors and therapeutic needs, then craft personalized mindfulness practices that align with these insights.

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including meditation, breathing exercises, and cognitive reframing techniques, specifically designed to enhance self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate group workshops and classes on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building sessions, encouraging participation and fostering community.

• Incorporate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions, directly addressing clients’ mental health concerns and promoting personal empowerment.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment interventions using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, contributing to seamless continuity of care.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in regular training and workshops related to mindfulness and mental health trends.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure in Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A foundational understanding of mindfulness techniques and their applications within therapeutic settings.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to create a calming, supportive atmosphere for clients and effectively convey mindfulness principles.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in delivering mindfulness-based interventions or extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
