Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in managing stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify individual client issues, personal goals, and stress triggers, tailoring mindfulness approaches accordingly.

• Facilitate guided mindfulness exercises that include meditation and breathing techniques to enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Plan and lead group workshops and educational sessions on stress management and resilience-building strategies using mindfulness techniques.

• Integrate mindfulness practices into personalized therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns and support clients' overall psychological growth.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and multidisciplinary healthcare providers to create a comprehensive care plan that incorporates mindfulness practices for better patient outcomes.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with chronic stress, anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LCISW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.

• Proficiency in integrating mindfulness into therapeutic interventions and practices.

• Excellent communication skills that foster a supportive and calming therapeutic environment.

• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, facilitating a safe space for open dialogue.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
