Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in managing stress and enhancing emotional well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, identifying specific stressors and challenges, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's goals.

• Lead various mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques during one-on-one and group therapies to encourage self-reflection and promote emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, offering clients tools to improve their mental health.

• Collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary therapists and healthcare providers to integrate mindfulness practices into comprehensive treatment plans for optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and updates to treatment plans to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development, including personal mindfulness practice and training, to deepen expertise in mindfulness techniques and enhance effectiveness in client interactions.

You will serve a diverse population of clients, ranging from individuals facing anxiety and depression to those seeking improvement in stress management and emotional regulation. Your work will focus on empowering clients to confront their challenges through mindfulness, ensuring they learn effective coping strategies that promote resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is required.

• Strong understanding and proficiency in integrating mindfulness practices into therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Strategic Healthcare System offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
