Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver creative and effective mindfulness-based interventions to clients, focusing on stress reduction and emotional regulation.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' individual stressors, goals, and unique challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that incorporate mindfulness exercises, meditation, and tailored breathing techniques.

• Design and lead workshops on mindfulness practices aimed at enhancing resilience and stress management in a group setting.
\n
• Leverage evidence-based practices to address specific mental health concerns while incorporating mindfulness throughout treatment plans.

• Document client progress thoroughly, ensuring that all mindfulness-based interventions and treatment plans are accurately recorded.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through personal mindfulness practice and participation in continued education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range widely in age and background, seeking support to navigate various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional dysregulation. The therapist will work closely with individuals at various stages of their wellness journey, providing them with tools to cultivate mindfulness and self-compassion.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Proven experience in integrating mindfulness concepts into therapeutic practices.
\n
• Excellent communication skills necessary for building trusting therapeutic relationships and creating a calming and supportive atmosphere.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or similar programs is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
