Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' psychological needs, risks, and goals, and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions that address a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver timely and effective therapeutic interventions, ensuring accessibility for all clients.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a coordinated approach to each patient's care and support.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and peer consultations to stay updated on industry trends and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice in Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience providing therapeutic services to clients facing emotional or psychological challenges.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients swiftly.
