This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice in Phoenix, Arizona. Our telehealth facility is designed to facilitate engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions. You'll also enjoy the flexibility of setting your own hours within a full-time or part-time schedule, with sessions primarily conducted from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand each client's unique mental health needs and status.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and requirements of your clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual therapy sessions for adults, using a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other approaches.

• Utilize teletherapy to deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions, ensuring engagement and connection despite physical distances.

• Offer crisis intervention services when required, demonstrating empathy and responsiveness in urgent situations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills, stay updated with the latest research and practices, and maintain licensure requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on helping adult clients navigate a diverse array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The clientele you will serve is diverse and inspiring, allowing for a rich tapestry of clinical experiences that contribute to your professional growth and effectiveness. You will have the autonomy to select the therapy practices and methodologies that resonate most with you and your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n
