• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to comprehend clients' unique mental health needs, resulting in tailored treatment plans designed to foster positive change.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, adapted to each client's circumstances.

• Engage actively with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, consistently reviewing and adapting intervention strategies while monitoring progress throughout the therapeutic journey.

• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients with different scheduling needs and preferences, ensuring that mental health support is accessible to everyone, regardless of their physical location.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring accountability and transparency.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and peer-supervision, keeping current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

You will work with a diverse client population facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential to establishing a safe and affirming therapeutic environment for clients.

• A strong sense of empathy and a non-judgmental attitude, allowing clients to feel seen and heard during their journey towards recovery.

• Proficient organizational and time-management abilities to maintain a manageable caseload while fulfilling administrative responsibilities.
