Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Provide individualized therapy to clients, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy as appropriate.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress toward achieving those objectives through regular evaluations.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions using our secure platform, ensuring accessibility for clients with various challenges, such as mobility issues or geographical barriers.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to uphold ethical standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Avalid license in the state of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
