Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a varied client base, including uninsured individuals and those with employer-sponsored plans who present with a range of mental health conditions. Our clients may experience issues such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and insomnia. In catering to these needs, you will provide support and guidance that focuses on the holistic well-being of each patient and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current licensure in California as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience within the mental health field, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in accurately documenting patient interactions and maintaining confidentiality in all therapeutic engagements.
