Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, enabling you to provide telehealth services from the comfort of your home while making a substantial impact on the lives of others. We emphasize flexibility to accommodate patient needs and ensure effective treatment delivery. Your work hours will generally be from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to address the varying needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients, employing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities to address mental health issues.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve the quality of care offered.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions and available resources, empowering them through knowledge and support.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements and research in the mental health field to enhance therapeutic approaches and client outcomes.

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults, who present a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.
