Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to create customized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, personal objectives, and therapeutic preferences, ensuring a client-centered approach to mental health care.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support effective symptom management and behavioral change.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.

• Monitor and report on client progress, regularly adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and feedback from clients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical professionals, and other team members to ensure integrated care that addresses all facets of a client’s mental and physical health.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements related to mood disorders to continually refine treatment strategies and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
