Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional states using standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, goals, and challenges.

• Deliver various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other approaches as appropriate.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, utilizing outcome measures to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and making timely adjustments to treatment plans when necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention services, effectively managing emergency situations and offering immediate support to clients in distress.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in adherence to HIPAA regulations and the ethical guidelines of professional practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and medical professionals, to ensure clients receive comprehensive and holistic care.

• Stay informed of current developments in the field of mental health through continuous education, research, and peer supervision.

• Engage in professional development through participation in training sessions to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
