Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one virtual therapy sessions lasting 30 minutes, focusing on individual client needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver targeted counseling for sub-clinical cases, including issues related to work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance.

• Assist clients in establishing personal and professional goals, helping them navigate challenges in their relationships and career development.

• Work collaboratively with our internal clinical team, providing insights and suggestions for program improvements and platform enhancements based on your experiences with clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure in one of the following: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW according to state regulations.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy to individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Radiant Point Mental Health Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
