Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to identify concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and personal goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and effective de-escalation techniques are employed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
