Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, establishing a baseline for personalized treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that draw on evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address the unique challenges each client faces.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing proven strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide coordinated and holistic care that enhances client outcomes.

• Offer guidance and support to clients' families to foster an understanding of the treatment process and promote their involvement in the recovery journey.

Qualifications\n
