Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Circle of Care Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting clinical assessments to identify individual treatment needs and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adults grappling with mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Many clients may also be navigating interpersonal relationships and environmental factors affecting their mental health. Your role will be crucial in helping these individuals develop coping strategies, enhance their community living skills, and work toward sustained independence.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, unrestricted state license (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) to practice independently without supervision.

• A clean disciplinary record with no current sanctions on your professional license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling empathetic engagement with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and a reliable internet connection to deliver virtual therapy effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in the following areas is highly regarded:
